John came to install our whole-house automatic shutoff valve, and the experience was excellent. The setup required reducers, and he came prepared, brought the correct parts himself, and made sure everything was installed properly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. The job was done neatly and efficiently. Highly recommend his services.
